 Dear Manager,

      I’m writing to tell you something that happened to me.

     Last week I bought an English dictionary from your online bookstore because I am in great need of such a dictionary to help me with my English study. It costs me 25 dollars. But unfortunately when it reached me, I found it very unsatisfactory. There are quite a few misprints and some of the pages are even missing!

     As far as I am concerned, I’d like my money back or at least you can change this dictionary for another copy! Personally you should have checked the dictionary to make it sure that the dictionary is of high quality before you delivered to customers. I do hope your service can improve from now on.
